About this workshop
Slow down for a traditional Chadō session — the Japanese Way of Tea — where you are guided through the etiquette and technique of preparing and whisking your own bowl of matcha.
This is a hands-on ceremony, not a demonstration: you will whisk your own matcha, and the tools you use are yours to keep.
What's included
- Your own chawan (tea bowl) to keep
- Chasen (bamboo whisk) and chasen holder to keep
- Matcha and guided instruction to whisk your own bowl during the ceremony

Frequently asked questions
What do I take home after the session?
You will keep the chawan (tea bowl), chasen (bamboo whisk) and chasen holder you use during your Chadō session.
Do I whisk my own matcha?
Yes — the session is hands-on, and you will be guided through whisking your own bowl of matcha using traditional Chadō technique and etiquette.
How does payment work?
You can pay in full or leave a deposit of ฿1,500 per person to secure your spot. Message Craftorium on LINE or by phone to arrange payment when you book.
How long does the session take?
