Shibori is a traditional Japanese resist-dyeing technique: cloth is bound and stitched before dyeing, so the wrapped areas resist the indigo and create a pattern unique to each piece.
You will bind and stitch your own cloth, then dye it in indigo to create one finished piece to take home.
